SHIPPING  & DELIVERY

Shipping Policy

We offer mail order delivery countrywide for Christmas orders. We will be shipping Christmas orders on 21st December to arrive on 22nd December this year. We use an overnight courier service. We pack our ducks in insulated boxes with ice-packs to ensure they stay cool in-transit. Delivery costs are : £12.50/order up to 15 kgs in weight ;POA for orders over 15kgs.

Return & Exchange Policy

Please advise any issues by email on receipt of goods. We will always do our utmost to resolve these and answer queries promptly. We do not accept returns of raw meat products.
